Polished 304 Stainless Exhaust Elbow

To pick the right elbow, measure the outside diameter of the exhaust pipe on your truck and choose the matching inlet, 4" or 5". Then choose a 6" or 8" outlet, depending on the look you’re going for.

Before you install, hold the elbow in place and make sure nothing will be in its way, like a spare tire, hitch, or bumper. You may need to trim your existing pipe to get the placement you want. We recommend securing it with the included stainless clamp and adding a tack weld.

304 stainless handles rust and corrosion well, so it holds up to weather and road salt better than chrome-plated or painted pipe. There’s no chrome plating, so there’s nothing to chip, peel or flake. It’s easier to keep clean, and if it dulls you can polish it back. Heat can leave a light gold or blue tint on any stainless exhaust part; that’s normal for stainless and isn’t rust.

To keep it looking its best, clean off soot and road grime regularly, especially after road-salt exposure. Use a cleaner made for polished stainless steel and follow its instructions.

6-inch outlet — $150. The clean, simple look. It still turns heads without being overly aggressive.

8-inch outlet — $250. The larger outlet gives it a more aggressive look that stands out and draws attention.

Both are polished 304 stainless with a 45° bend, a laser-engraved logo and an included stainless clamp. Both outlet sizes are available with a 4-inch or 5-inch inlet. Match the inlet to your exhaust pipe and check clearance before choosing.
